Who We Are:

  • We are not a moving company. We leave the heavy stuff for the moving professionals, though you are must be able to lift 30lbs.
  • We help decide what moves; we pack, unpack, set up the new home as the client requests (i.e. put clothes in the closet, towels on the rack, glasses in the cupboard).
  • We can organize items to be auctioned, donated to charity, consigned or taken to the dump. And, yes, we get rid of the boxes at the end of the day! If there’s a job a client needs done, we do it!
  • We respect clients as family. Our client’s transition experience is the key to our success. We don’t just move their old problems to a new location.

Job Basics:

  • This is a part-time position; benefits are not available at this time.
  • We will train you on all aspects of your job.
  • Pay Rate is $13.00 per hour to start with raises based on performance.
  • Hours vary week-to-week, and month-to-month. PLEASE NOTE: If you’re looking for a consistent 20-40 hour week, this is not the job for you.
  • Shifts tend to be M-F between the hours of 8am-6pm. Shifts are typically a max of 6 hours.
  • This is a drug free work environment; we test for illegal substances, including marijuana, prior to hiring and randomly on an ongoing basis. You must pass a background check prior to hiring.

Assist Your Move is a well-established move management company in Medford. We are expanding and seeking a part-time administrative assistant/customer service team member who is well accustomed to running an office. Initially, the hours for this position will be flexible, 8-12 hours per week. In 3-4 months, the position will become fulltime (30-40 hours/week).


  • Hard working, demonstrating good communication & accountability.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Physically able to sit, stand, bend and lift 30 lbs.


  • Daily tasks set by Owner.
  • Administrative – email correspondence, maintaining client calendar, preparing client files, photocopying & filing. Organize and prepare documents for presentation to clients.
  • Customer Service – answering phones, responding to requests, routing incoming client & vendor calls, providing basic company information when appropriate.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands as necessary.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or customer service rep.
  • Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferable.
  • Strong customer service background.

$14 starting wage with opportunity to advance.

We are a locally owned moving company in Southern Oregon and are looking to expand our team. We are hiring for the following career position: Moving Crew Lead. We offer in-house training and always promote from within.

To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience in managing a moving crew, driving 17’ moving trucks or larger and possess strong customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you must be mature, reliable and committed to delivery high-quality service levels expected from a moving professional.


  • Valid CDL driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 5 years
  • Understanding of ODOT tariff and tariff rates
  • At least one year of moving experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Own a smart phone with a data plan
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs repeatedly – without the use of equipment – while climbing, balancing, kneeling, walking, etc.
  • Be a great team player and effective leader
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills
  • Flexible availability – some evenings & weekends


  • Coordinate team members, trucks, driving routes, equipment and other assets
  • Ability to carry out work plans “in the field” while assessing risks
  • Great communication between main office and field teams
  • Warehouse management
  • Adherence to Assist Your Move work & safety procedures, protocols & policies.
  • Ensure team members adhere to our Code of Conduct while representing the Assist Your Move brand
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt new mobile technologies
  • Work under tight timetables in a dynamic environment where schedules are fluid
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and coaching to moving associates
  • Help move furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, commercial equipment, household goods, etc.

We are 100% drug free – applicants must pass a DOT drug test (includes Marijuana; we are Federally regulated) and background check for previous 5 years.

Starting Pay Rate: $20-22 DOE + Bonuses & Tips
